GPT-6 Luna costs $0.10 per million input tokens and $0.50 per million output tokens at standard rates. Try a short task, verify the answer and review its actual usage. On a harder task, compare GPT-6.1 Sol or Claude Sonnet 5.5 rather than assuming a higher rate always improves the result.

If the question needs current sources, choose a search-enabled chat model such as Claude Haiku 5.5 and open the cited original pages. The old Perplexity Reasoning and Deep Research (pplx) picker options are retired.
